The solution is pretty simple - all you have to do is dismount your lens and clean the lens contacts, then clean camera contacts and mount the lens back on the the other problem, which i had also and it is not mentioned, is that you might have pressed the depth of field preview button. Your "cleaning" suggestions AND the pictures that indicate where everything is located.
